An OpenSSL vulnerability was recently discovered that can potentially impact internet communications and transmissions that were otherwise intended to be encrypted. University Federal Credit Union has been contacted by our online access vendor regarding this issue. Our vendor has patched their servers and installed new SSL certificates as recommended by industry security experts.
At this time we are strongly recommending that all members change their online access password and delete all 'cookies'. We also recommend that you monitor your account and credit card statements closely.
