UFCU Pandemic Preparedness Statement

UFCU is committed to the health and safety of both our members and employees. To that end, UFCU is taking a proactive approach to protecting the health and finances of both. Below are a list of precautions we are taking in order to be prepared in the event of a health emergency, while continuing to stay focused on serving our membership.

Precautions in our Branches
All employees who may be experiencing a fever, flu or symptoms linked to coronavirus are being asked to stay home and rest until they are fully recovered. All staff will regularly clean their work areas and public spaces with disinfectant wipes. At this time, UFCU is committed to maintaining regular business hours.

Prepare Along with Us
Preparing for a public health emergency also includes giving thought to your finances. To ensure that you will still be able to deposit checks and pay bills as planned, we strongly recommend that you sign up for our free Mobile App or Online Account Access if you haven’t already. Please note that first time users of Online Account Access must receive their initial password from a UFCU employee.

Need to make a deposit or payment? Use the following remote options for your convenience:

  • Remote Deposit This option is accessible using our free Mobile App. With this option you can easily take a picture of the front and back of your check in order to deposit it.
  • ATMs Available 24/7 You can withdraw cash anytime at UFCU’s ATM located at 1575 17th Avenue South, Grand Forks, ND or at any of the 62,000 nationwide fee-free ATM’s in the Co-OP ATM Network and MoneyPass ATM Network.
